Children's Church

Each week we are blessed to have more and more children participate in our Children's Church on Sunday morning.  We have outgrown our current room and will be relocating our Children's Church to a bigger room.  The spiritual growth and safety of our children are top priority.  This responsibility cannot be placed on one person alone.  We desire to offer quality programming and follow safe sanctuary procedures, which require at least two adults in the room every Sunday.

We are asking for two types of volunteers.  Parents and grandparents of children who participate in Children's church are asked to join our list of volunteers.  Other church members are encouraged to volunteer.  It is our goal to have our volunteers rotate and serve one Sunday per month.  Depending on the number of volunteers, the rotation could be once every two months.  The curriculum will be given to each volunteer two weeks prior to the Sunday they will be serving.  Everything will be organized and the volunteer only has to review the materials and arrive early to set up the room for children's church.

We need volunteers immediately.  We are currently setting a schedule for the months of June, July, and August.  I want to encourage all parents and grandparents to contact the church office to schedule the Sunday you will be available to serve.  For our church members interested in serving you may also contact the church office.  Every Sunday people continue to express their thankfulness for the growth of our children.  Now it is time for people to express their thankfulness by word and deed.  Serving as a volunteer during Children's Church is a win/win situation.  Both the children and adults are blessed by each other.
